Our corporate finance work is undertaken discreetly and always in strict confidence. We specialise in privately owned companies with turnovers between £1m and £50m (although we have structured deals for much larger companies). We have a wealth of local contacts including corporate groups, banks and venture capitalists.
We do not seek publicity by association with the often high profile deals we have negotiated and in our experience this approach is appreciated by our clients and third party purchasers, sellers and investors.
